What We Do

Some people dream of success. We make it happen.
UNCD Club for Free Education at Faculty of Science

The first project was launched on March 8, 2014, at the Faculty of Sciences in Meknes. Approximately 400 students participated in the initiative, representing various departments of Moulay Ismail University. Participants were organized into groups according to the number of available instructors, who consisted of nine graduate students and teachers affiliated with the Ministry of Education.

Initially, nine groups were established to facilitate effective learning, mentoring, and participation. As the number of instructors increased over time, additional groups were formed to accommodate the growing number of participants and ensure the quality of the training provided.

The project has continued as an ongoing annual initiative since its inception, serving successive cohorts of students each academic year. Through this sustained effort, the program has contributed to enhancing participants’ educational, leadership, and personal development skills while fostering active engagement in community and academic life.

Youth Leadership Training

For young people to participate effectively and meaningfully alongside adults, they must be informed about the adult perspective on the problems, challenges, and issues under discussion. This includes understanding the terminology and professional language commonly used by adults, as well as the strategies and approaches employed in addressing these issues. Ensuring that all participants have access to the same information and opportunities is essential to creating an equitable and inclusive environment for collaboration.

As with all aspects of youth engagement, Youth Leadership Development requires careful preparation, planning, and ongoing support. It is essential that organizations and adult stakeholders have a strong understanding of and commitment to the Positive Youth Development philosophy. This approach recognizes young people as valuable assets and partners in decision-making processes, fostering their leadership potential, active participation, and capacity to contribute meaningfully to community and organizational development.

Organizing Conference

At UACD, our dedicated team of volunteers is committed to supporting young people in addressing complex educational, professional, and developmental challenges. We work closely with youth to develop tailored solutions that enhance their skills, strengthen their capacities, and support their long-term personal and professional growth.

To achieve these objectives, we organize conferences, workshops, and training programs on a wide range of relevant themes. These initiatives focus on education, sustainable development, career planning, project management, leadership development, and opportunities for international study. By providing guidance, knowledge, and practical resources, we empower young people to make informed decisions and maximize their potential. Our goal is to help them identify effective pathways to success and become active contributors to sustainable social and economic development.
