PROJECT YAMAFRIK
‘’The illiteracy rate in Guinea is very high; the majority are women, due to the traditional hierarchy and the patriarchy of men. Tradition and man's patriarchy emphasize that women should work as housewives. From an early age, girls are prepared to become future brides by helping mothers. Most of them end up being widowed or divorced without a profession. I observed my country and did some fieldwork and realized that this causes a big problem of vulnerability among women. So I created Yamafrik as a fashion project that will help these young girls and women to have the job that will make them their lives better for tomorrow.’’
YAMAFRIK is a fashion project of reinventing African brand (mark) on the national and the international level by producing the high quality products of African styles. It will deeply engage young girls disadvantaged from rural areas into the professional field. It trains young people (majority female) from rural areas to urban cities, from poverty into professionalism to give a sense of their lives.
It is the profit project launched by NGO ' TogetherAsOne for Community Development' as the part of its mission to fulfill the women empowering. The project is on the Seed Stage looking for the fund and the sponsorship to be realized in Conakry - Guinea.
Opportunity offer: In Collaboration with Local Governments and the Public (Secondary) Schools, YAMAFRIK will offer vocational training courses (e.g. ICT and Tailoring and Fashion-Design) to the young girls in the community.
THE RESULT STATEMENT WITH QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE GOALS
The mobilization and realization for change: marginalized people and their access to opportunities and resources in a developing world” started by local people. we want to empower 400 girls (women) in 2020 from the rural areas into professional field , out of that majority will be professional either start their own business or stay with us to enlarger the Yamafrik fashion industry either by training other young girls at workshop. because Yamafrik will not stay as workshop we want to develop it to be industry for creating jobs for young girls (women) to keep stable and sustainability for the revenue to not be depending on the parentsand be independent and the Yamafrikwill not be depend on sponsorship or global fund, it will be independent-fashion-industry in the future.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Yamafrik will offer different activities suitable for all needs and ages: the company will train the actors (women) to be ready for future development and professionalism in the fashion industry; it will transform local fabric into all types of fashion for all ages. The fabric will be transformed according to the needs of the customers and styles to attract our local and foreign customers, which will create jobs for social change, rural and urban economic growth for young women in poor areas practically by manufacturing and designing the products. Our actors will be able to contribute to the creation of the "Yamafrik" brand and bring ideas from their own to our online platform. Our customer service will be in charge of uploading the items to the website, and they will be available for our local and international customers. We will transport our goods to the four corners of the world such as shipment - various tasks such as packing the goods or loading them for shipping in collaboration with the national and international shipping company. We will also collaborate with local shops to sell our items.

MARKETING PLAN
We will use direct advertising with local people by exposing our project market at national TV (R.T.G) and organize a Projection-Day-Fashion-Show by inviting national celebrities, artists, musicians, government members to wear our products it will be the day when young African models will present our products front of public. We will create a platform on social media group or page ‘YAMAFRIK of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, distribution of printing brochures and website to reach our target customers. We will also have volunteer ambassadors in the continent and abroad. Who will organize event at the university campuses to share our social development and products to the academicians and the amateurs of Africa fashion, African style, and African arts etc. We will extend and pull hand for partnership and sponsorship with international fashion industry like H&M, DO School in Germany and the Ministry Of Cultural Affairs of the home country.
MILESTONES
The long-term goal we have set for the project Yamafrik is to be among the biggest fashion production and selling brand on the continent. Besides, it will also set a fund for young people in vulnerable young people to achieve their goals.
BUDGET + MATERIALS IN TOTAL
30.000 €
The fund will contribute to the investment of the YAMAFRIK branch and the establishment of our vision as the sustainable fashion industry for training and production and the creation of job for the young people majority female in the future.
YAMAFRIK-BEAUTY will then be able to help and train the youngsters (women) to the professional level enabling them to reach the sustainable goal of youth empowering by using the materials in which $30,000 will be used as the start-up of the business for the women.
